About Me
I was born in New Hampshire, lived in California, and now reside in Texas. When I was a kid I lived 10 minutes from DisneyLand! I am the mother of seven children ages 26-9 yrs old and I have been happily married to my husband Darrell for almost 30 yrs. I have taught grades K-12 in Christian schools and I have homeschool my own kids since 1998. I am a blood bought, conservative Christian who loves the Lord, believes the Bible is the Word of God, and tries to live by it everyday. I had scarlet fever when I was a kid, I have family who live in Alaska, I birthed my last 2 babies at home (YES, on purpose!!), I love all things shiny, and Valentine's Day is my favorite holiday!

I don't really have a favorite type of music, I like a wide variety of styles & artists...expect for rap, don't like rap music...or heavy metal, or punk rock.
Favorite Shows & Movies
I like to watch all the CSI's on TV, The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, Dancing with the Stars, Eli Stone, Pushing Daisies, Bones, 20/20, 48 Hours, Jeapordy, and Wheel of Fortune.
I love action/adventure movies, comedies, suspense, chick flicks, animated movies, and dramas! NOT a fan of horror movies. I love to see movies in the theater but we have a large library of movies on DVD at home.
Favorite Books
My favorite books are Gene Stratton-Porter's Freckles, Michael O'Halleran, & The Harvester and Nicolas Sparks' The Notebook, The Wedding, & A Walk to Remember.
Interests
I love word games/puzzles, crafts, being online/IMing, planning parties and fun for birthdays/holidays, keeping in touch with friends/family via email & snail mail, watching Rhett&Link's videos & webcast and being a part of the Rhett&Linkommunity!! :)
